When we were "living" in Florida I promised I would blog about life at the Embassy Suites. So here I am a month later living in another hotel and because Boca Raton and Brooklyn are two entirely different cities I'll just tell you about our current life in the hotel.
I don't cook. We eat out almost every meal and if I can't get up in the morning Spencer will head to Au Bon Pain for a breakfast sandwich. When I rise up from the dead I'll eat some oatmeal and fruit. Eating out for every meal may sound gross, but in NYC your options are endless and there are plenty of healthy places to eat.
I don't do laundry. Dry-cleaning and laundry is sent out to the laundress. And by sent out I mean they pick it up and then later drop it off back at our hotel washed/dried/folded (and if you know me, you know I HATE doing laundry #happymamma).
I don't craft... which is no surprise. While most stay at home moms are beautifying their homes with DYI projects, I work on beautifying our... um... like I said, I don't craft.
I clean a little. And by a little, I mean that I make sure things are in their proper place for the room to be serviced. Thank goodness for the wonderful housekeeping staff who make our bed everyday.
So what do I do all day? I work out, nurture my child, explore the city, and find good places for us to eat such as Saigon Shack, Chipotle and a local place called Natures Grill that is amazing and healthy.

Sounds pretty great in a lot of ways. Although, you are lucky you don't have a toddler right now. I think the hotel room would quickly start to feel claustrophobic. How long will you be there? When does your "normal," "real" life start? ;)
